WHAT DOES A TICKET INCLUDE?

Tickets include a full briefing and safety introduction with 30 minutes in-game time. Please arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled game time for registration and briefing.

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN PLAY AT ONCE?

Up to 8 players per session. For larger groups that require multiple sessions, get in touch with us before booking.

CAN I WEAR MY GLASSES?

Glasses cannot be worn in this experience. We recommend that you wear contacts as glasses can scratch and damage the headset lenses. Our headsets have adjustable tabs under each lens so that players can adjust their vision.

THE DATE I AM LOOKING FOR ISN'T AVAILABLE, HOW CAN I BOOK?

We release sessions up to 2 weeks in advance during our initial launch. If the date you are looking for is not yet available, just get in touch with us and we will get back to you ASAP.

CAN THIS EXPERIENCE CAUSE MOTION SICKNESS?

Extremely unlikely. Every part of the system is designed to give you an immersive experience without any of the motion sickness typically associated with virtual reality systems.

WILL I WALK INTO A WALL?

No. We have in-game safety mechanisms to stop that happening. It is up to you to pay attention and follow all instructions at all times to remain safe.

HOW BIG OF A SPACE CAN I MOVE IN?

You have 200 square metres of game space, but the virtual space is much larger. We reuse the space with some nifty tricks we have developed.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO CANCEL A RESERVATION?

All sales are final and refunds will only be issued subject to our Conditions of Sale. However, at our discretion and depending on availability, it is possible to change the booking time, but only up to 24 hours before your booking.

WHAT IF THERE IS BAD WEATHER?

Cyclones

  • If Hong Kong Observatory announces that Signal No. 8 or above is likely to be called within 2 hours, all bookings will be cancelled for the day and rescheduled.
  • While Signal No. 8 or above is active, bookings during this time will be cancelledfor the day and rescheduled.
  • If Signal No. 8 is lowered before 4:00 pm, we will open and resume services 3 hours after the signal is lowered.
  • If Signal No. 8 is lowered after 4:00 pm, bookings for the rest of the day will be cancelled and rescheduled.

Rainstorms

  • If a Black Rainstorm Warning is issued during opening hours, we will remain open. Bookings can still be cancelled for the day and rescheduled.
  • If a Black Rainstorm Warning is issued before opening hours, bookings will be cancelled and rescheduled.
  • If a Black Rainstorm Warning is lowered before 4:00 pm, we will open and resume services 3 hours after the warning is lowered.
